- Añadir el resto del puré y alisar con una lengua que quede lisito y aplastado. Meter al horno que estará precalentado a 200ºc durante 15 minutos y bajarlo a 180ºc tenerlo otros 10 minutos.
- Mientras calentar la salsa y poner en una salsera. Desmoldar y partir en rodajas da igual que pille albóndigas por el medio poner en una fuente ó en platos individuales con la salsa napada ó en salsera aparte.
