Para estas albondiguitas utilicé una berenjena, aliños, algo de huevo y harina de maíz. Se cocinaron rápido en la salsa de tomate. Su sabor es rico, ligero y, no puedes diferenciarlas visualmente de las albóndigas tradicionales. Ya te paso la receta.
