- Preparamos la salsa, en el aceite que teníamos reservado de haber dorado las gambas, sofreímos la cebolla y el ajo picaditos, añade el tomate un vaso de agua, y la harina diluida en el jugo de los mejillones, cuece hasta que la salsa se reduzca unos 15 minutos (si hace falta se le añade una poca de agua más).
- Coloca las albóndigas en un plato con los mejillones y la salsa y listo.
