  3. 1/2 morrón rojo y medio morrón verde
  4. 2 dientes ajo
  5. 1 lata tomate perita

  7. 1 zanahoria y 1 zapallito verde rallados
  8. Aceite cantidad necesaria. Condimentos a gusto

  11. 1 huevo

  1. Comenzamos llorando como Magdalenas picando la cebolla, el morrón y el ajo. La que tiene procesadora se salva del llanto jajaja. Colocamos en la olla con un chorro de aceite y llevamos a fuego lento.

Me lo enseñó mi suegra para que el tuco quede más sustancioso y me gustó, pero puede que a no todos les guste. Mi papá diría que es un guiso y no un tuco, poque no le gustan las verduras!!! Viejo mañoso!!! Jajaja
  4. Listo el tuqito, dejamos que las verduritas se vayan cocinando y le metemos mano a las albóndigas. En un bowl colocamos la carne junto con el huevo, la provenzal, la sal y la pimienta. Mezclamos y vamos añadiendo poco a poco pan rallado (o la avena), cuidando que no nos quede un mazacote, sino que simplemente se unan los ingredientes.
  5. Armamos las bolitas y las colocamos en la olla del tuco. La cantidad que salga va a depender del tamaño que usen. No hagan trocitos de paquete Dogui, pero tampoco pelotas de tenis 😁!!! Yo las hice medianitas y salieron 12 como ven en la foto. Las dejamos cocinando 20 minutitos y luego a entrarle sin asco ni remordimiento!!! Que las disfruten!!! 😘
