- Luego con tus manos enharinadas haces bolitas haciendo un poquito de presión para que quede bien unido(a mí me salieron 14 más o menos grandes)
- En un sartén hechas un poco de aceite y vas friendo tus albóndigas.asegúrate de que se dore por todas partes y cocinarlas bien para que no queden crudas por adentro.(si no quieres freírlas las puedes poner al horno en una bandeja enharinada)
- Para que queden más ricas, en un sartén colocas salsa de tomate, las albóndigas, zanahoria rallada, orégano y un poco de sal y lo pones al fuego.
- Agregas 1/2 taza de leche a la mezcla y revuelves a fuego medio.tienes lista tu salsa
- Puedes servirtelas así, acompañarlas con arroz, quinoas, etc. Encima de los tallarines quedan muy ricas
