- Cuando la cebolla empiece a estar doradita lo cubrimos todo con vino blanco y le añadimos sal. Lo dejamos unos 5 minutos a que el vino evapore el alcohol.
- Una vez pase los 5 minutos lo batimos todo.

- A lo batido le añadimos comino, un pelín de pimienta y las bolitas removemos y lo dejamos cocinando con la tapa unos 10 minutos.
