Estas albóndigas ya me las hacía mi madre a mí y a mi hermano cuando eramos niños, ahora me las hago yo cada vez que me apetece comer algo bien rico y fácil de preparar, además si nos salen muchas, las podríamos congelar e ir las sacando poco a poco cada vez que nos apetecieran.

  3. 1 cucharada pan rayado para unir
  4. Ajo

  1. Primero en un bol vamos a ir echando el atún ya escurrido.

  2. Ahora mezclaremos bien el atún con los huevos y le añadiremos un poquito de pan rayado para que tome un poco de cuerpo, sobre una cucharada más o menos de pan rayado.
    No os paséis echando pan rayado a la mezcla.
  3. Ahora le vamos a ir dando puñaditos a la masa e ir haciendo las albóndigas.
    Una vez tengamos la albóndiga hecha la emborrizaremos con pan rayado, el pan rayado se pegara bien a la albóndiga ya que esta masa es un poco húmeda.
  4. Cuando tengamos emborrizadas todas las albóndigas, pondremos una cazo al fuego con abundante aceite.
    Cuando tengamos el aceite bien caliente, freiremos nuestras albóndigas hasta que tomen un color dorado.
    Las sacaremos a un plato con una servilleta de papel o rejilla para que escurra el exceso de aceite.
  5. Ya solo queda servirlas en un plato con una buena salsa de tomate o mayonesa y disfrutar de ellas con toda la familia o amigos.
