  6. Ahora picaremos la cebolla y los ajos bien picaditos y en una cazuela con un chorro de aceite los agregamos.Dejamos que coja un poco de color.
  7. Una vez haya cogido un poco de color añadimos la zanahoria a trozos y sofreímos 3 min, pasado el tiempo añadimos la patata cortada a trozos y sofreímos 2 minutos más.
  8. Añadimos las dos cucharadas de tomate y sofreímos dos minutos más, añadimos el vino blanco y dejamos que se evapore el alcohol.
  9. Añadimos las albóndigas y cubrimos con el caldo(yo puse caldo de pollo) y los guisantes y dejamos que se vaya haciendo hasta que las verduras estén echas.
    Añadir más caldo si hiciera falta.
    Y rectificamos de sal
