- 1 cebolla grande
- 1 pimiento
- 2 zanahorias
- 100 gr champiñones laminados
- 1 poco tomate frito
- 1 vaso vino blanco
- 1 vaso caldo de pollo
- Sal y pimienta (cuidado que tiende a salir salado)

- Aquí tenéis los ingredientes.

- Pasamos las albóndigas por harina y quitamos el sobrante (en la foto salen con mucha harina). Se fríen en poco aceite, para hacerlas achatadas se dejan y presionan por dos de los lados para que quede una costra.


- Sacamos las albóndigas de su sartén y en ella misma pochamos la cebolla. Cuando esté transparente pasamos a las demás verduras picadas, excepto los champiñones laminados.


- Cuando las verduras estén pochadas añadimos el vino y esperamos a que evapore el alcohol. Como sabéis podemos esperar unos 8 minutos e ir comprobando con el olfato. Salpimentar.

- A continuación, añadimos el caldo (si preferís que no sepa tanto usad de verduras) y el tomate frito. Dejamos cocinar unos 10 minutos a fuego medio, removiendo de vez en cuando. Por último, pasamos la mezcla por la batidora de mano.


- Opcional podría ser darle un toque de calor a las albóndigas en la misma sartén junto con la salsa. Como podéis ver en la foto principal.
