  5. Haremos bolitas y las pasaremos por más pan rallado
  6. Con un chorrito de aove, sellaremos ligeramente nuestras albóndigas
  7. A continuación, añadiremos nuestro caldo de carne, cucharadita de tomillo y el hinojo. Dejaremos cocinar por unos 10 minutitos a fuego medio-bajo
  8. Vais a ver qué gracias al pan rallado exterior, se va formanso una salsita espesa.
