  4. El sofrito de verduras lo pasamos en caliente por la batidora hasta que quede una salsa espesa, si hace falta añadir harina (yo uso de garbanzos pero se puede usar cualquiera)
  5. Mezclar en la sartén con las albóndigas, añadir medio vaso de agua y esperar a que vuelva a espesar a fuego medio y removiendo hasta apagarlo, más o menos 10 minutos.
  6. Acompañamos con patatas fritas o con arroz al gusto 🙂
