  3. Cuando la cebolla esté transparente, añadimos la sal, el curry y la harina removiendo rápido para que no se queme. Ponemos las pasas y el caldo/agua y dejamos que reduzca a fuego medio/fuerte durante 10’ (el tiempo que tardan en hacerse las albóndigas)
  4. Sacamos las albóndigas del horno, las incorporamos a la salsa con el juego y cocinamos otros 5’ para que se impregnen. Probamos la salsa por si necesita rectificar algún sabor
