- Lo ponemos todo al fuego: primero al 7 de 9 y cuando rompa a hervir lo bajamos al 5. En todo momento la olla tapada.
- Cuando pasen en total 20 minutos apagamos el fuego y lo dejamos reposando unos 5 minutos más
