- Hervimos los frijoles y los sazonamos con sal, yo los hiervo con unas ramitas de cilantro y dos ajos nada más. Aparte en una sartén ponemos el chorizo a que se comience a sofreír.



- Cuando el chorizo empieza a soltar la grasa y se vuelve más manejable se le agrega la mitad de la cebolla y se cocina bien hasta que la cebolla quede traslúcida.


- Cuando los frijoles están hirviendo y ya están blanditos agregamos el chorizo y dejamos hervir unos 10 min antes de agregar la yuca, ya que hirvieron con la yuca y está un poco suave le agregamos las calabacitas.
